  2. Gently fry the crushed garlic and grated fresh ginger for about one minute.

10. Quick Jeera Aloo Recipe

Jeera Aloo is a trendy and easy recipe that can make easily at home. This quick jeera all Indian recipe is also known as cumin potatoes, spicy and tangy in taste.

The best thing about this dish is you don’t need to soak the potatoes overnight or for hours before cooking them.

You have to boil it with turmeric powder and salt until they become tender but remain intact without breaking down completely.

Once done, fry them with spices like red chilli powder or ginger-chilli paste and other ingredients such as onion, tomato puree etc.
