Starting around early afternoon on Monday, June 21, Louisiana inhabitants who have taken at any rate one portion of the COVID-19 antibody can enlist for the state’s “Took shots At A Million” lottery.
Fourteen inoculated Louisianans will win grants and monetary rewards – including one grown-up who will win $1 million – all through July as a feature of the mission to compensate occupants who have taken or who decide to get their COVID-19 immunization.
Gov. Edwards reported the dispatch of the mission at a question and answer session on Thursday, June 17.
Louisianans who have gotten the antibody can enlist online at ShotAtAMillion.com. Inhabitants who don’t approach the web or who have questions can call the complementary hotline at 877-356-1511 to enroll, beginning Monday.
Inhabitants who have taken in any event one portion of the COVID-19 antibody and are age 18 or more seasoned may enter to win one of four $100,000 prizes and the fabulous prize of $1 million. Louisianans who have taken at any rate one portion of the COVID-19 immunization and are between the ages of 12 and 17 may enter to win one of nine $100,000 grants. Louisianans are qualified in the event that they have gotten at any rate one portion of the COVID-19 immunization before the drawing date – paying little mind to when they were inoculated.
Four week after week drawings will occur for one $100,000 grant and one $100,000 monetary reward.
A last stupendous prize drawing will occur on August 4, to grant $1 million in real money and five $100,000 grants.

The Louisiana Lottery Corporation is helping the Louisiana Department of Health with organizing the award program and directing the randomized drawings, with LDH and the Legislative Auditor present. LDH won’t share an individual’s immunization status or wellbeing data with the Louisiana Lottery Corporation and will affirm the inoculation status of the champ after de-distinguishing the individual’s data.
