Riddhima Kapoor Sahni couldn’t be with her dad, unbelievable entertainer Rishi Kapoor, when he inhaled his last, and she posted a passionate note, saying she will miss her “most grounded warrior” each spending day.
Because of the countrywide lockdown in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Riddhima, who remains in Delhi, couldn’t travel to Mumbai when her dad was admitted to a medical clinic on Wednesday night.
“Dad I love you I will consistently cherish you — RIP my most grounded warrior I will miss you ordinary I will miss your FaceTime calls regular,” Riddhima composed on Instagram while sharing a selfie with her dad.
“I wish I could be there to bid farewell to you ! Until we meet again dad I love you — your Mushk perpetually,” she finished up with a heart and distressed emoticon.
Riddhima is booked to show up in Mumbai by a unique trip in the midst of the lockdown, as indicated by sources.
Rishi Kapoor, in the mean time, was incinerated at the Chandanwadi crematorium in south Mumbai within the sight of close relatives. His body was brought to the crematorium in an emergency vehicle at around 3.45 pm straightforwardly from the medical clinic in the midst of tight police security due to the coronavirus lockdown.
Relatives including spouse Neetu Singh, child Ranbir, Kapoor’s senior sibling Randhir, Kareena Kapoor Khan, alongside husband Saif Ali Khan and on-screen character Abhishek Bachchan and Ranbir’s better half Alia Bhatt and Anil Ambani were among the couple of present at the burial service.
Remembering the coronavirus pandemic and the lockdown rules laid by the administration, relatives and companions present at the crematorium were seen wearing gloves and veils.
