Firoz Nadiadwala, the filmmaker behind the cult comedy series Hera Pheri, has announced that the third installment will be announced soon. Actors Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty and Kumar’s family members Akshay Kumar have confirmed their participation in the sequel.
Ramji Rao Speaking, a 1989 Malayalam film, was remade for the first film in the comedy franchise, which was released in 2000. Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel also reprised their roles as Raju, Baburao, and Shyam in the 2006 sequel.
When asked about the third instalment of the Hera Pheri series by Bollywood Hungama’s Firoz Nadiadwala, he said, “You’ll get to see it very soon with the same star cast—Akshay ji, Paresh bhai, and Sunyeel ji. You’ll be seeing it soon!” We’ve got the story down, and we’re working on a few different approaches. As before, it will be made the same way, with the characters remaining as innocent as possible. Despite our past successes, we should not take them for granted. Consequently, we need to pay extra attention to our content, story, script, characters and mannerisms, etc.”
Fans of the film will be thrilled to learn that an announcement will be made in the near future, and that if all goes according to plan, production could begin as early as the end of this year. At the same time, producer Firoz Nadiadwala revealed details about the script and production in an interview with Bollywood Hungama.
In addition, he provided information on the director of the third film. “We’ve narrowed down our options to one person. Negotiations are underway. Firoz Nadiadwala promised to make an announcement “shortly.” The film’s producer explained how he intends to ensure that the movie doesn’t lose its footing on the first day or so of release.
According to https://way2ott.com/, he hopes that one day he will have the opportunity to produce more parts of Hera Pheri, like Hera Pheri 4, Hera Pheri 5, and so on, each better than the one before it. “It is our hope that a new film will be released every fifteen months. The West operates in much the same manner. After the release of the previous Spider-Man or Bond film, why don’t we get a new one?” Firoz came to an end.
Yes, that’s correct. When Akshay’s career was on the rocks due to a string of duds, the classic comedy saved the day. That said, we’ve heard that after two films, Akshay will no longer be a part of the third.
His fans were shocked by the news, but it came with a bigger surprise. John Abraham, who has worked with Akshay in several films, will take Akshay’s place. It appears that John is on a shopping spree. At least three times he stepped into Akshay’s shoes, including in Welcome Back and the sequel to Aankhen. We can only hope for a successful Hera Pheri 3 based on the recent box office performance of Welcome Back.
As much as John and the film-makers risked, there’s more to come. In addition to John, there are a number of new franchisees. Even Abhishek Bachchan will join the cast, which includes Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty, as well as the supporting cast. Though we understand not everyone can be Akshay Kumar, the two actors cannot do justice to what Akshay accomplished on his own in the iconic film. They can only do so much.
There’s no need to guess, Akshay’s wit and histrionics are unbeatable. Every one of his devoted followers has been astonished by his unfiltered humour and magnetic personality. Hera Pheri isn’t Hera Pheri without Akshay Kumar!
It was 18 years ago that director Priyadarshan gave us ‘Hera Pheri,’ one of the greatest comedies ever made. Akshay Kumar, Suneil Shetty, and Paresh Rawal starred in the film. It’s hard to forget their comic timing and epic dialogue. Naturally, a sequel was in order after the film’s success, and it was released in 2006 to great acclaim.
Second instalment of franchise had struck a chord and made the third instalment predictable. What’s this? Finally, ‘Hera Pheri 3’ will be released. Firoz Nadiadwala, the producer of the franchise, is reportedly planning a revival. According to an insider, “The project was locked last month when the three actors gave their dates.'” It will be filmed between December 2018 and February 2019 and released in the second half of 2019,” according to the film’s website. A third instalment of Hera Pheri is rumoured to be in the works, but no confirmation has yet been made.
That late director Neeraj had a finished screenplay and dialogue by 2014 is also suggested by this report. Pre-production for the film had begun in Delhi in 2016, but Neeraj fell ill in October and has since gone into a coma. Firoz relocated Neeraj to his own residence and ensured that he received the best medical care possible. Sadly, he passed away on December 14th of last year.
