There might be instances where your Morpho sensors such as the Fingerprint might start glitching or eventually stop working. However, you do not need to worry! You should just be aware of the Device Driver and the relevant RD Service for Morpho software associated with the devices because they require updates regularly. Thus, connect the Morpho Device to the PC, install the updated software and run it. This will fix all the bugs. 

Do Not Exceed the Host Registration Limit 

If the RD services are installed on more than 10 devices by the host, the device will automatically be blocked by the UIDAI. This issue can only be resolved by them and not the RD Service for Morpho. To avoid any serious risk, the host should limit its registrations to a minimum because once the device is blocked or locked; you will not be able to access it in any service provider portal. 

Set the Correct Time Zone 

To avoid errors like failing the device registration, make sure you have adjusted the time zone in sync with the server. In the case of your Windows device, change it to automatic timing which is UTC+5:30 Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, and New Delhi. Likewise, on an android, adjust to the time zone mentioned with an additional change of switching time to 24 hours format. 

Enter Correct Credentials

When filling up the online RD Service for Morpho form, be sure to provide valid credentials as well as the correct device information. You cannot alter the registration data once you have submitted it. However, if there is any error, you may contact the RD Service operators via email, but it will take them 1-2 working days to respond. Once they respond, the support team member will confirm the error you wanted to be corrected, make sure to recheck properly to avoid further inconvenience. It is advised to refrain from making such mistakes.
